The ACRE Podcasts

It seems ridiculous that we have been releasing them for a month already and I've not really blogged about them.

If you've read any of my blogs before you may have heard mention of 'Adam and Daf's Weekend Antics', which is the unfortunately named radio show that I do with my comedy compatriots Dafydd Evans and Luke Sampson. Since we are such cutting edge bozos we have managed to take recordings of these shows, and we have been consistently editing them for release basically from day one. It has just taken us a certain amount of time to get ourselves in gear researchually in order to discover the practicalities of site-hosting and podcasting etc. We managed it about a month ago, but the process was quite sapping, which is why it is only now that I am introducing it properly.

The website is: www.theacre.net

It is called that as we decided many months ago, before we had even begun working together properly that we would be called The ACRE. ACRE is an acronym, but I find it incredibly amusing not to let people know what it stands for. Sorry.

So at the moment The ACRE is a radio/podcast based endeavor, although we are aiming to splurge out onto a live format eventually, because we are attention seeking yobbos. No, really.

4 podcasts have been released so far, 3 of them are quite long and I hope that doesn't put you off, we are being more judicious with our editing now, at least until we are well popular and all the bikinigirls are asking for more more more okay?

They are all up on the website, although as all you hepcats already know, it is far easier to get them from off've the iTunes as they come through automatically. Although then you will get annoyed when I put notices everywhere that a new one is up. We are on iTunes here:

http://itunes.apple.com/WebObjects/MZStore.woa/wa/viewPodcast?id=347189311

We release a new podcast every Wednesday, because we are good like that. Reliable pillar of the community types.

One love, rasta.
